Ukraine introduces amphibious ground robots via Brave1 Market
The Ukrainian military can now order a new class of amphibious ground robotic complexes through the Brave1 Market platform. These robots, categorized as NRK-amphibious, are designed to enhance logistics by transitioning from land to water within seconds, allowing them to navigate rivers, canals, and marshlands that typically block traditional ground vehicles.
The Brave1 defense innovation cluster has already introduced three initial products in this category, with plans to expand the assortment. Combat units can also acquire these systems through the eBaly (e-Points) program. This incentive system allows brigades to exchange confirmed combat actions, verified by video footage and uploaded to the DELTA battlefield management system, for military equipment such as attack drones, electronic warfare systems, and unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs).
The technology has already undergone combat testing. A unit from the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade successfully completed a mission using an amphibious robot, traversing a difficult 40-kilometer route over land and water to deliver food and ammunition. Since the beginning of the year, ground robotic complexes have reportedly completed over 100,000 tasks in place of soldiers on the front lines.
