Ukraine military expert advises Baltic defense strategy amid Russian logistical struggles

Intercepted communications from Russian soldiers provide insights into significant logistical and morale issues within the Russian military during the conflict in Ukraine. Reports indicate severe shortages of food and clean water, with soldiers describing situations where they were forced to drink water from puddles. These communications highlight growing internal discontent and chaos among personnel.

In response to regional threats, Ukrainian drone warfare commander Major Roberts Brovdi, known as Magars, has advised the Baltic states to enhance their defenses against potential Russian aggression. He proposes the creation of a 2-to-5-kilometer-wide “death zone” along the borders with Russia and Belarus. This strategy involves using drones to monitor and strike anything moving within a buffer zone to prevent enemy forces from entering Baltic territory undetected.
