Ukrainian military training in Poland focuses on advanced combat skills

A new military training program for Ukrainian soldiers in Poland, led by Norway, focuses on advanced combat skills but excludes specific courses on drone piloting and electronic warfare. According to S3 Operations Officer John, these topics are omitted because Ukrainian forces have already acquired significant expertise in these areas through active combat.

While formal lessons on these technologies are not part of the curriculum, drones are integrated throughout the training exercises to maintain realism. Ukrainian soldiers work alongside local experts to incorporate drone usage for threat detection and attack planning. This program also facilitates a reciprocal learning environment, where Western military personnel gain insights from Ukrainian combat experience in electronic warfare and drone operations.
