Ukrainian Opposite Oleksandr Boiko Joins Domotek Volley in Reggio Calabria

Oleksandr Boiko, a 201‑cm, 93‑kg left‑handed opposite, has signed with Domotek Volley, a newly rising club competing in Italy’s A2 volleyball league. The Ukrainian international arrives from a stint with the senior Ukrainian national team in the Volleyball Nations League and after a standout season as the leading scorer for Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia in Serie B.

Boiko said he is eager to give his maximum for Domotek, noting the club’s rapid development and ambition to reach higher goals. The move marks the first time the Reggio Calabria locker room will hear Ukrainian, and the club hopes his power in service and attack will boost its performance in the upcoming season.
