Oleksandr Boiko volleyball career moves

Overview

Ukrainian volleyball player Oleksandr Boiko has signed with the Czech club Jihostroj České Budějovice for the 2026/27 season. Boiko, a 23-year-old libero, joins the team to replace Michael Kovařík.

Boiko brings significant experience to the roster, having won four consecutive Ukrainian Superliga titles with Prometey Dnipro and Epicentr-Podolyany Horodok. He was also recognized as the best libero in the Ukrainian Superliga for the 2025/26 season. An international player, he has represented the Ukrainian national team in the 2025 VNL and the 2024 Golden European League.
