Umbria Region launches EsplorAzioni youth wellness service

The Umbria Region and Usl Umbria 2 have launched ‘EsplorAzioni’, a free service designed to support the mental well-being of young people aged 14 to 24. The initiative, which is active in Orvieto, provides a safe and private space for listening, consultation, and guidance.

Managed by professionals and psychologists from local clinics and the Department of Surveillance and Health Promotion, the program aims to help adolescents and young adults navigate life changes and develop effective personal strategies. The service seeks to empower youth to take charge of their health and autonomy by connecting them with local resources and community services. This initiative is part of a broader regional project to create an integrated network between health services, social services, and educational institutions.
