Unioncamere Calabria launches innovation program for local businesses

Unioncamere Calabria has launched an innovation program designed to enhance the competitiveness of Calabrian businesses through training and technological integration. Supported by the Enterprise Europe Network and EIT Manufacturing South, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between research and the production sector while reducing the digital divide in the Mediterranean basin.

The program, which includes activities from the C4T – Companies4Tomorrow project funded by Interreg VI-A Greece-Italy, will take place in Lamezia Terme between late 2026 and early 2027. Key modules include workshops on accessing European funds, open innovation, design thinking, and the application of extended reality (XR) for prototyping and training.

Specific sessions will also focus on industrial applications of 3D printing and the integration of artificial intelligence into manufacturing processes, covering data management and practical use cases.
