Unioncamere Calabria business innovation program

Overview

Unioncamere Calabria has launched an innovation program aimed at increasing the competitiveness of local businesses through technological integration and training. Supported by the Enterprise Europe Network and EIT Manufacturing South, the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between research and production while addressing the digital divide in the Mediterranean basin.

Scheduled to take place in Lamezia Terme between late 2026 and early 2027, the program includes activities from the C4T – Companies4Tomorrow project. The curriculum features workshops on accessing European funds, open innovation, design thinking, and the use of extended reality (XR) for prototyping. Additionally, sessions will cover industrial applications of 3D printing and the integration of artificial intelligence into manufacturing processes, specifically regarding data management and practical use cases.
