UnipolMove raises subscription fee to €2.50 per month in Italy

UnipolMove announced that its base monthly subscription will increase to €2.50 starting 28 September 2026, while the fee for a second device remains €1. The change affects more than two million Italian users of the toll‑payment service. The price rise follows a similar increase by Telepass in July 2024, which prompted many drivers to switch to alternatives such as MooneyGo and UnipolMove.

The new plan still offers free first‑year activation for users who sign up before early August 2026, after which the regular fee applies. UnipolMove’s service differs from Telepass, which charges €4.90 per month and includes vehicle tax and fuel‑refill options that are not covered by UnipolMove’s basic plan. Customers can cancel the contract without penalties through the UnipolMove app.
