United Liberation Council issues threat against Kashmiri Pandit employees
The United Liberation Council (ULC), identified by intelligence sources as a shadow front group for the terror organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, has issued a formal threat targeting Kashmiri Pandit government employees.
The threat note reportedly contains the specific names and phone numbers of six government employees belonging to the Kashmiri Pandit community. Security agencies are investigating how this personal data was accessed.
