United States announces U-20 Women’s World Cup roster
The United States U-20 women’s national team has announced its 21-player roster for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland. Head coach Vicky Jepson has selected a squad composed of eight professional players from the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and 13 collegiate athletes.
The team is scheduled to begin its group stage campaign on September 6, facing Italy. Subsequent group matches include fixtures against Japan and New Zealand. The tournament matches will be held at venues including Stadion Miejski LKS in Lodz and Arena Sosnowiec in Sosnowiec.
Additionally, Tennessee freshman forward Ayva Jordan has been named as one of four alternate players for the pre-tournament training camp, which runs from August 26 to September 5.
