Universal Pictures releases trailer for DreamWorks animation ‘Forgotten Island’

Universal Pictures has released a new trailer for the DreamWorks animation ‘Forgotten Island’. Directed by Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado, the film follows childhood best friends Jo and Raissa as they travel to the fantastical Nakali Island.

Upon arriving at the island, the duo discovers that the price for returning home is the loss of their memories. They must find a way to escape before they forget their lifelong friendship. The story features mythical creatures and a voice cast including H.E.R., Liza Soberano, Dave Franco, Jenny Slate, and Lea Salonga.

In Brazil, the film is scheduled for an official release on September 24. Special advance screenings will be available during ‘Cinema Week’ from September 10 to September 16, with discounted ticket pricing offered for sessions before 5:00 PM.
