Universidad Andrés Bello recognizes student mentors

Universidad Andrés Bello (UNAB) held a ceremony to recognize the teachers and mentors of the Centro Integral de Acompañamiento y Desarrollo al Estudiante (CIADE) for their contributions to student support.

The recognition focused on those who participated in the Taller de Habilidades para la Vida Universitaria (THPVU) during the first semester. This initiative has reached 38,433 students since its inception, with 10,009 students participating in the first semester of 2026.

Ignacio Andrada, Director of Student Accompaniment and Progression, expressed gratitude for the commitment shown by mentors during the students' transition to university life. Ana María Cid, Director of the General Directorate of Teaching, noted that the work of these mentors reflects the core principles of the university's educational model.
