Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez hosts student welfare event

The Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) held its 'Jornadas de Bienestar' (Welfare Days) at the Ciudad Universitaria campus. The event utilized 26 service stations located in the Plaza Cívica of Building A to connect students with various university departments.

Organized by the Dirección General de Bienestar Universitario (DGBU), the initiative aimed to centralize information regarding academic procedures, health services, and development programs that are typically spread across different campus locations. The goal was to reduce student uncertainty and facilitate easier access to institutional support.

Participating areas included academic services, social service, professional internships, student mobility, the University Language Center, and library services. Additionally, students could access information on scholarships, job boards, tutoring, entrepreneurship, and continuous education. Health and wellness services, including the Gender Unit and the Sports Directorate, were also central to the event.
