The Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas (UAT) held a graduation ceremony for the first cohort of its Master in International Business at the Río Bravo campus. Eighteen professionals completed the program, which began in August 2024 and ran for four semesters, covering sixteen subjects such as foreign trade, customs valuation, corporate finance, logistics strategy, project management, supply‑chain management and operations analysis.

The event was led by director Rita Miranda Olaya, who noted that the offering lets local students pursue a master’s degree without leaving Río Bravo. Rector Dámaso Anaya Alvarado promoted the graduation as part of his push to decentralise high‑level academic programmes across the state. Academic secretary Rosa Issel Acosta González attended, and officials from UAT’s Reynosa, Valle Hermoso and Matamoros units were present. The ceremony is intended to support regional development in northern Tamaulipas.
