Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas launches women's motivation and leadership workshop in Tampico

The Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas (UAT) has launched a six‑week program titled “Motivation and Leadership for Women.” The workshop, organized by the Institute of the University Woman and Family UAT in coordination with the Municipal Government’s Directorate of Women’s Attention, is being held at the Center of Excellence on the South Campus in Tampico, Tamaulipas.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by UAT Family president Isolda Rendón de Anaya, Dr. Evelia Reséndiz Balderas of the Secretariat of Research and Postgraduate, and municipal women’s director Libby Zacil Adame Estrada. Dr. Reséndiz Balderas noted that the activity “forms part of UAT’s actions to create spaces for reflection and learning,” emphasizing the goal of providing practical tools for personal growth, entrepreneurship, time management and networking to boost the professional development of female university students and increase their participation in social and productive life.
