Universidad de Colima launches global alumni network

Rector Christian Torres Ortiz announced the creation of the "UdeC sin Fronteras" program, a permanent, organized network that will connect Universidad de Colima graduates living abroad. The network aims to provide mentorship, job and internship opportunities, and to strengthen academic and scientific cooperation among alumni.

The launch was presented at a press conference in the university’s historic archive, with participation from Ana Cecilia García Valencia, director of the Office of Internationalization and Academic Cooperation, and Carolina Venegas Ochoa, president of the Alumni Federation. The initiative is intended to enhance the university’s internationalization, employability of its graduates, and institutional identity worldwide.
