Universidad Interamericana hosts youth community run

Universidad Interamericana organized the “Carrera por el Mes de la Juventud” (Youth Month Run) in Pedro Juan Caballero to promote health, well-being, and community integration. The event, which took place near Laguna Punta Porã, involved the university's medical students and drew hundreds of participants, including athletes and students.

To support the runners, the organization provided medical ambulances, hydration stations, and nutritional support, including the free distribution of water and fruit. The initiative aimed to encourage healthy habits and use sports as a tool for social transformation and integration within the border region between Brazil and Paraguay.
