University counselling and wellbeing aid students during exam stress

Several university support services are providing a range of mental‑health and wellbeing resources to help students cope with the pressures of final exams. At Holy Cross College, students can access urgent counselling for upper‑sixth pupils, one‑to‑one wellbeing meetings, the anonymous online platform Togetherall, free breakfast in the college canteen and revision‑tip videos.

Other campuses also offer walk‑in counseling staffed from 8 am to 5 pm, stress‑management workshops, meditation and exercise advice, and a “Stress Free Zone” event with free refreshments and homemade stress‑balls. Faculty encourage structured study plans, adequate sleep and healthy eating, warning against all‑night cramming and stimulant misuse.
