University of Aden delegation joins Financial Security Olympiad in Russia

A student delegation from the University of Aden is participating in the 6th International Financial Security Olympiad 2026 in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. The delegation includes students from the faculties of Law, Economics, and Political Science.

The event, scheduled from September 27 to October 3, 2026, features a program of academic, cultural, and sporting activities alongside a general competition. This participation follows a 2024 academic cooperation agreement between the University of Aden and the Russian Government Financial University.

Dr. Mohammed Salem Baazab, head of the delegation, noted that the participation aims to enhance academic presence in international forums and provide students with opportunities to interact with global higher education institutions. The initiative is viewed as a way to strengthen scientific and cultural exchange between Yemen and Russia.
