University of Delhi colleges offer merit-based admissions

Several colleges affiliated with the University of Delhi (DU) are offering undergraduate admissions based on Class 12th merit scores to fill remaining vacant seats following the CUET process.

Shyam Lal College (Morning), which holds a NAAC A++ grade, is accepting applications for specific courses including BSc Physical Science with Chemistry, BSc Physical Science with Electronics, and BA Honours Hindi. The application window for Shyam Lal College runs from August 19 to August 21, with merit lists expected on August 23.

In total, nine colleges have been authorized to conduct merit-based admissions. These include Kalindi College, Zakir Husain Delhi College (Evening), Lakshmibai College, Rajdhani College, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College, PGDAV (Evening), Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College of Commerce, Vivekananda College, and Shyam Lal College.

Specific deadlines vary by institution. For instance, Rajdhani College has an application deadline of August 24, while Zakir Husain Delhi College (Evening) is accepting applications through August 23. Students are advised to check the official websites of their respective colleges for specific eligibility, available seats, and required documentation.
