University of Évora provides 177,000 euros in student aid

The University of Évora has announced that its Social Support Fund for Students (FASE-UÉ) distributed 177,470 euros during the previous academic year. This funding, provided by 16 different patrons including private and public entities, supported 81 students facing economic hardship.

University Rector António Candeias noted that these contributions allow students to access essential services such as university housing and canteen meals. The university held a public ceremony to honor these patrons, emphasizing the importance of patronage in supporting the future of education and science.
