University training and literary events held in Argentina and Costa Rica

The National University of Santiago del Estero (UNSE) in Argentina conducted a three-day training session from October 21 to 23 focused on the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. Organized by the Institute of Applied Technologies (ITA), the program was led by specialists from the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) Santiago del Estero. The training aimed to enhance the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, covering essential topics such as metrological traceability, method validation, and ensuring the validity of results for faculty, advanced students, and technical staff.

In Costa Rica, the Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN) Pacific Campus hosted a presentation for the book ‘Latinoamericaeditada. Aún no disponible en su región’ by authors Daniel Garro and Daniel Figueroa. The event included an analysis of the work by Amanda Sánchez Ulate, providing a platform for academic reflection and dialogue regarding contemporary literature and its connection to social and cultural realities.
