Higher education developments in Argentina

Overview

Educational institutions in Argentina have implemented various academic and technical initiatives. In Santiago del Estero, the National University of Santiago del Estero (UNSE) conducted a three day training program focused on the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard to improve laboratory competence in testing and calibration.

Further expansions in technical education were reported through the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN). In Goya, a partnership with the local municipality launched a two year Technical Degree in Administration. Additionally, in Formosa, the UTN Resistencia Regional Faculty opened pre-registration for a free Technical Degree in Programming to be held at the Instituto Pedagógico Provincial “Justicia Social”.
