UPSC Engineering Services Mains Result 2026 Declared, 1,340 Candidates Qualify

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the written result of the Engineering Services (Main) Examination 2026 on 24 July 2026. The exam was held on 21 June 2026. A PDF of the result list is available on the UPSC website, allowing candidates to verify their roll numbers.

A total of 1,340 candidates qualified for the next stage, the Personality Test (interview), across four engineering services: Civil Engineering (646), Mechanical Engineering (213), Electrical Engineering (182) and Electronics & Telecommunication (299). These candidates will be called for the interview as part of the recruitment for 474 posts announced under the 2026 engineering services recruitment drive.
