UPSSSC announces recruitment results and new job vacancies

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced several updates regarding state recruitment drives. The commission released the final results for the recruitment of Assistant Accountants and Auditors, with 1,643 candidates selected for 1,828 available positions. This selection process remains subject to ongoing High Court petitions.

Additionally, the UPSSSC has released the provisional answer key for the Agriculture Technical Assistant (AGTA) Group-C examination, which was conducted on August 9, 2026. Candidates have until August 17, 2026, to raise objections regarding the key.

Furthermore, a new recruitment notification has been issued for 1,251 Livestock Extension Officer positions under the Directorate of Animal Husbandry. Eligible candidates who possess a valid Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) scorecard and have completed intermediate studies in Biology or Agricultural Science may apply. The online application window opens on September 9, 2026, and closes on September 29, 2026.
