UPSSSC releases ASO/ARO exam city slip and Lower PCS shortlist in Uttar Pradesh

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued the city‑slip for the Assistant Statistical Officer / Assistant Research Officer (ASO/ARO) main examination. The exam is scheduled for 26 July 2026, will be held in a single shift from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and candidates can download their city‑slip from the official UPSSSC website by entering their registration number, date of birth and gender.

Separately, UPSSSC posted the shortlist for the Lower PCS (Provincial Civil Service) main examination. A total of 100,492 candidates have been shortlisted based on normalized scores, with category‑wise cut‑off marks ranging from 56.26 (ST) to 67.94 (general categories). The commission announced that about 2,587 posts are available across various departments, and candidates can view the result on the commission’s portal.
