Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay unveils premium summer buffet

The Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay in Urayasu, Japan is running a limited‑time Obon‑season buffet at its Kashukash restaurant from August 8 to August 16, 2026. The "Chef’s Marche Mediterranean – Spain & Greece" theme features live cooking stations, a premium dish where diners can hand a coin to the chef for a flambéed lobster with passion‑fruit aioli, as well as Mediterranean‑style Spanish hamburgers with Miyazawa beef, shrimp‑katsu burgers, and a caramelised Catalan dessert prepared tableside. Prices are ¥8,800 for lunch and ¥11,000 for dinner for adults, with reduced rates for children.

The buffet combines Mediterranean flavours, fresh seafood, and interactive kitchen performances, aiming to provide a special dining experience for families, couples, and groups during Japan’s traditional Obon holiday.
