Key provisions include a 30‑day directive for relevant agencies to prioritize cybersecurity for AI systems, a secret benchmarking process to be developed within 60 days to assess advanced AI models and designate “pioneer” systems, and the removal of mandatory licenses, permits or permits for new AI models.
