US‑Iran memorandum of understanding sparks debate in Washington and the Gulf

Former President Donald Trump said Iran could retain its ballistic missiles, criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and confirmed that the United States had sent Israel a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Iran that could be signed later this week.
