Uttar Pradesh announces PGT teacher exam results and opens Cane Supervisor recruitment

On 7 July 2026 the Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPSESSB) published the final written‑exam results for the 2026 Post‑Graduate Teacher (PGT) recruitment. Of the 192,934 candidates who sat the exam, 2,253 were declared successful and will proceed to the interview stage for a total of 624 posts covering 18 subjects such as Physics, History and Chemistry.

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued a notification for the Cane Supervisor recruitment, creating 1,182 vacancies in the state’s sugarcane and sugar industry departments. Online applications open on 7 July and close on 28 July 2026. Eligible applicants must hold a B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related discipline and possess a valid UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test 2025 scorecard. The recruitment offers a salary range of ₹25,500‑₹81,100 plus allowances.
