Uttar Pradesh issues UPTET and police exam admit cards, posts Home Guard results

The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission released UPTET 2026 hall tickets on June 30, allowing candidates to download them from the official UPESSC website; the offline exam will be held from July 2‑4 with separate shifts for classes 1‑5 and 6‑8. The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board announced a change to the Physical Efficiency Test for the Sub‑Inspector recruitment, moving the test for candidates originally assigned to Gorakhpur to Lucknow on July 1‑3 due to heavy rain, and provided updated admit cards for download. The UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board also published the Home Guard recruitment result for 41,424 positions, making scorecards available online for candidates to view and print, with instructions on required documents for the next selection stages.
