Uttar Pradesh police reshuffle: 9 IPS officers transferred

The Uttar Pradesh government has implemented a significant administrative reshuffle within the state police department, transferring nine IPS officers to new roles across various districts and headquarters.

Key changes include the transfer of Krishna Kumar Bishnoi, the former SP of Sambhal, to the position of SP in Bijnor. Vikas Chandra Tripathi, previously serving as Additional SP in Barabanki, has been appointed as the new SP of Sambhal. In Meerut, B. B. G. T. S. Murthy has been appointed as the new SSP, replacing Avinash Pandey, who has been attached to the Director General of Police headquarters in Lucknow.
