Notable changes include the transfer of Additional Chief Secretary Ashish Kumar Goyal from the energy department to the labor and employment department. Anil Kumar, previously the Principal Secretary of Panchayati Raj, has been moved to the food and logistics department.

Additionally, the reshuffle affects district-level leadership, with 14 District Magistrates being transferred, including changes in Kanpur Nagar, Moradabad, and Hardoi. Mahendra Singh Tanwar has been appointed as the new District Magistrate of Kanpur Nagar.
