Vía Ágora plans delivery of 711 homes and unlocks land for 1,800 more in Madrid

Spanish developer Vía Ágora, led by Juan Antonio Gómez‑Pintado, expects to hand over 711 residential units during the current fiscal year. The company also secured approval from the Madrid City Council to re‑parcel the Los Cerros area, unlocking the final‑stage land needed to build another 1,811 homes.

In the coming months Vía Ágora will complete two Built‑to‑Rent towers in Valdebebas, adding 456 apartments, and will deliver a further 255 units under its Built‑to‑Sell program. Additional projects include a 208‑unit development in Sevilla slated for October. The firm reported revenue of €8.6 million and net profit of €741,565 for the year ended 31 March 2025, aided by management fees from its Palatino Residential portfolio. Vía Ágora is also winding down its former overseas subsidiaries in Brazil and Poland, refocusing on the Spanish market.
