Valencia CF Academy expands presence in Mexico

The Valencia CF Academy is expanding its presence in Mexico, with a new location opening at the Terranova Country Club in Mexico City on September 1. This follows the success of its first Mexican branch in Morelia, Michoacán, which opened in September 2025 and currently serves over 120 children.

Led by Alejandra Maffey, the academy aims to implement European training standards in the Mexican market. The expansion strategy includes conducting evaluation camps in cities such as León, Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Querétaro, and San Luis Potosí, with a long-term goal of establishing at least five locations across the country. Maffey also intends to develop a women's team as part of the project's growth.
