Valmor Passini elected president of Rotary Club of Paranaguá

Valmor Antônio Passini assumed the presidency of the Rotary Club of Paranaguá on 3 July during a ceremony at the Casa da Amizade. His term runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, covering the Rotary Year 2026‑2027 of District 4730.

Passini said the new management will focus on strengthening existing projects, expanding social actions, and recruiting new members. He emphasized, “Esperamos uma gestão de muito trabalho, dedicação e ampliação das ações sociais.” The club, which currently has 15 associates and meets weekly on Wednesdays, aims to continue its community‑service initiatives and respond to urgent local needs. The Rotary International motto for the year, “Create Lasting Impact,” underlines the emphasis on sustainable projects and leadership development.

The ceremony was attended by club members, guests, and district officials, who passed the leadership baton from Emílio José Parron Vengrus to Passini.
