Montenegro and Bosnia face planned power outages

Planned electrical grid maintenance is causing widespread power outages across several regions in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In Montenegro, CEDIS has announced scheduled interruptions affecting numerous municipalities. Major affected areas include Podgorica, Cetinje, Danilovgrad, Nikšić, Plužine, Bar, Herceg Novi, Berane, Andrijevica, Plav, Gusinje, Petnjica, Rožaje, Bijelo Polje, and more. Outages are scheduled throughout the day, with some areas losing power for several hours during maintenance works.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, significant outages are planned for Sarajevo, affecting various municipalities including Novi Grad, Ilidža, Hadžići, Ilijaš, and Vogošća. Additionally, utility services in Brčko have reported planned interruptions to electricity delivery, as well as maintenance on water supply networks and waste management schedules.
