Varna region faces planned electricity outages

Planned electricity supply disruptions and potential outages are scheduled for the Varna region between August 31 and September 4, 2026. These interruptions are due to operational switching of energy delivery facilities and urgent repair activities on the electrical network.

In Varna, affected areas include the central square bounded by Maria Luisa Boulevard, Slivnica Boulevard, Primorski Boulevard, Devnya Street, Alexander Dyakovich Street, and Hristo Botev Boulevard. Other impacted zones include the Mladost neighborhood and the South Industrial Zone.

In surrounding areas, power cuts are expected in Drandar, Venchan, Stefan Karadja, Shipsko, and Karamante. To minimize the impact on all customers, the utility provider will implement phased shutdowns of specific low-voltage network branches.
