Vasco da Gama’s 19‑year‑old forward Bruno Lopes trained with the professional squad on 27 July at the club’s CT Moacyr Barbosa. Coach Pedro Emanuel is considering him as an option for the upcoming Copa do Brasil clash against Fluminense on 1 August, aiming to bolster the team’s attacking options.

Lopes, a product of Vasco’s academy who arrived from Azuriz’s U‑17 side, debuted professionally in July 2024 at age 16.
