Vasco da Gama invests R$ 121 million in new signings

Vasco da Gama has significantly strengthened its squad through a transfer market investment totaling approximately R$ 121 million. The club focused heavily on the midfield and attack, acquiring players from international markets including South America and Europe.

Key acquisitions include Santiago Sosa from Racing, Alan Lescano from Argentinos Juniors, Facundo Colidio from River Plate, and Bruno Duarte from Red Star Belgrade. These moves aim to bolster the roster for multiple competitions, including the Copa do Brasil and the Sudamericana.

In terms of squad availability, striker Brenner is expected to return to the lineup in the first half of October. He is currently undergoing conservative treatment for a ligament injury in his left foot, avoiding the need for surgery. His return is anticipated to provide additional depth to an attacking sector that has recently relied on new signings Colidio and Duarte.
