Bruno Duarte nears Vasco da Gama transfer from Red Star Belgrade

Vasco da Gama is finalizing the signing of striker Bruno Duarte from the Serbian club Red Star Belgrade. The transfer is valued between €1.5 million and €2 million, with the deal expected to be completed following medical examinations in Rio de Janeiro.

Duarte, 30, is expected to sign a contract running until December 2028, potentially including a one-year extension clause. The move addresses a shortage in Vasco's attacking lineup, particularly following an injury to player Brenner.

During his tenure at Red Star Belgrade, Duarte recorded 42 goals and 14 assists in 98 official matches. His career includes stints in Portugal, Ukraine, and Saudi Arabia after developing in the youth academies of Palmeiras and São Paulo.
