Vasileios Kostetsos honors Georgos Mazonakis on career anniversary

Designer Vasileios Kostetsos has shared a moving tribute to singer Georgos Mazonakis, marking what would have been the 33rd anniversary of the artist's professional career.

Kostetsos posted retro photographs from one of their earliest collaborations, which took place during a fashion show in the Gazi area—now the site of Technopolis—over three decades ago. In his message, Kostetsos lamented that the celebration was stolen from them, stating, “Today we would have celebrated 33 years TOGETHER! But some of us deprived us of him, some of us deprived us of the birthday celebration... They think... but the 33 will become 133, 233! His songs will exist forever, just like him.”
