Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, the Vatican’s Secretary for Relations with States, concluded a diplomatic mission to Moscow following a visit to Ukraine in July. The mission aimed to promote peace and encourage dialogue amidst the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
