Vault Strategic Mining launches high‑resolution magnetic survey at Nevada's War Bond tungsten project
Vault Strategic Mining (TSX‑V: KNOX) has engaged Pioneer Exploration Consultants to carry out a high‑resolution airborne magnetic survey over its War Bond tungsten project in Nevada, United States. The drone‑borne survey will cover roughly 70 line kilometres, collecting magnetic data at 25‑metre intervals to pinpoint magnetic anomalies, structural trends and geological contacts linked to tungsten‑bearing tactite and skarn mineralisation.
The survey follows phase‑one sampling that returned tungsten concentrations up to 1,100 ppm in rock chips, an average of 780 ppm in caved‑adit samples, and soil values up to 187 ppm, as well as manganese up to 4,430 ppm. CEO Quinn Field‑Dyte described the magnetic survey and the sampling program as complementary components of the exploration strategy, aimed at refining priority drill targets and supporting permitting. War Bond was a historic tungsten producer in 1952‑53 with reported grades of 0.3‑0.45 % tungsten trioxide, and the company views the project as a strategic domestic source of critical minerals.
