Vehicle fires reported in Badajoz and Benagalbón

Two separate vehicle fires occurred in Spain. In Badajoz, an Audi A7 caught fire near the bullring on Avenida de Pardaleras. The fire originated in the engine compartment and caused thermal damage to a neighboring parked vehicle. Firefighters spent 50 minutes extinguishing the flames, noting that there were no initial signs of intentional tampering.

In Benagalbón, a motorhome fire on the A-7 highway caused significant traffic disruptions, with delays exceeding two kilometers. The incident required the intervention of the Provincial Consortium Firefighters, the Civil Guard, and Infoca forest fire services after flames spread to a nearby wooded area. No injuries were reported, and the motorhome was completely destroyed.
