Venetian regional government rolls out 2026 SUAP training and school disability assistance initiatives

The Veneto region, together with Unioncamere del Veneto, is launching a free online training programme for operators of the Single Desk for Business Activities (SUAP) from September to November 2026. The initiative is funded under the 2026 PMI Convention and builds on a digitalisation project supported by the PNRR, with a protocol signed in February 2025 that runs until the end of 2027.

In parallel, the regional council approved a new model to improve integration of students with disabilities in Veneto schools. Proposed by Social Assessor Paola Roma, the plan introduces a detailed regional data mapping and a pilot role of a school‑site assistant. Monitoring will be organised by the Regional Directorate of Social Services and ULSS companies, with data collection for the 2026‑27 school year and a final operational model to be drafted by May 2027.
