Venezuelan authorities have completed several water infrastructure projects in the states of Apure and Falcón. In Apure, the Ministry of Water (MinAguas) and Hidroven finished the comprehensive rehabilitation of the ‘San Juan de Payara’ water treatment plant in the Pedro Camejo municipality. The project involved technical and electromechanical interventions to ensure a continuous and safe supply of potable water for local communities.
In Falcón state, Governor Víctor Clark inspected maintenance and repair works on the water distribution system in the Cerro Norte sector of the Los Taques municipality. The project, carried out by Hidroven and local authorities, included pipe welding, the installation of new valves, and the cleaning of 150 meters of piping to remove sediment and root obstructions. These efforts are intended to benefit 217 families in the area.
