Venezuela enables online international legalization of university degrees

Venezuela's Ministry of University Education has announced that graduates can now process the international legalization of university degrees online. The procedure is conducted through the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries (Saren).

Applicants must access the Saren portal with a username and password to select the appropriate document. The system distinguishes between countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention, which require an Apostille, and those that are not, which require International Legalization. Once approved, the digital documents can be downloaded directly from the system or received via email.
