Venezuela to return to Bogotá International Industrial Fair after 12 years

Venezuela will return as an invited country to the XXXV edition of the Bogotá International Industrial Fair (FIB 2026), marking its participation after a 12-year absence. The event is scheduled to take place from September 28 to October 2, 2026, at the Corferias venue in Bogotá, Colombia.

The Venezuelan Business Pavilion will cover over 1,400 square meters of exhibition space. This pavilion will be operated by the U.S.-based firm Hergon Projects LLC in strategic alliance with Corferias. The initiative aims to connect Venezuelan public and private sectors with international buyers, distributors, and investors from more than 49 countries.

The pavilion is expected to host 127 exhibition spaces showcasing products and services from key economic sectors, including construction, metalworking, electrical generation, agro-industry, health, tourism, automation, and information technology. The fair anticipates attracting over 38,000 professional visitors and 460 exhibiting companies from South America, North America, Central America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
